What will my cleaning cost?
Fees are based on varying factors. At the time of your in-home consultation, we will prepare an estimate based on your priorities, current condition of your home, size, special surfaces, and occupants (including the furry kind!) Typically, if a deep clean is recommended, we will discuss a plan. A deep clean always will require more time than a regular maintenance cleaning so it is important to be on the same page with regards to your expectations. Once we have completed our first cleaning for you, we will have an exact fee for your regular maintenance cleaning. Should there be a discrepancy, we will get in touch with you before continuing the tasks to ask permission for extra time.

How may I get an estimate?
Please call us at 307-421-3131 to arrange an in-home visit. We will be more than happy, however, to give you our best ball-park figure over the phone. During an in-home visit, we will prepare a custom home plan that meets your needs, keeping your pocketbook in mind, along with consideration of the time necessary to complete the job at the highest level.

What is your cancellation policy? What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?
We understand that life seems to get in the way of our best laid plans from time to time. If you must postpone your cleaning for any reason, we ask that you give us at least a 48 hour notice. We reserve this time solely for you and your home, so we appreciate the advance notice to schedule other work and projects. All normally scheduled cleanings will remain unchanged. If your cleaning falls on a holiday, we will contact you to move your cleaning ahead or shortly after the holiday, depending on your needs.

How may I pay for my services?
At this time, we accept cash and personal checks! Ask us about our incredible gift certificates!!

Do I have to sign a contract with your service?
No, we know that we must prove ourselves and our service to you, each and every visit. We will never ask you to sign a contract, unless you are requesting commercial services for your office or building. We will, however, ask you to sign our Client Service Agreement.

Do you pay for referrals if I refer you to a friend?
Yes! You receive 3 hours of free cleaning when you refer us to someone who becomes a regular client. Simply locate the referral area on your Client Feedback Card and fill in your referral. We will take it from there! Share the love, what better way to take care of your friends and family?

Am I expected to tip the team members?
No, this is never expected but it is always greatly appreciated! The perfect way to say, "Well done!"

What does your company do to maintain a level of OUTSTANDING SERVICE?
After every cleaning, the Team Leader leaves behind a Client Feedback Card for you to fill out that evening. This card ranks the team members on various aspects of the work that day. There is also a place for additional comments. In addition to the client feedback card, our Quality Assurance Clean Team will conduct random visits to your home immediately following your cleaning visit. They will complete a very detailed report about their findings and leave a note behind letting you know that your home has been inspected.
